Restless Souls is a career coaching & mentoring program for young professionals and entrepreneurs who want to construe a career that is finally authentic, fulfilling, aligned with their values and their needs, without giving up the lifestyle they have achieved and enjoy.
In 10 weeks you can finally clarify what you really want and expect from your working life, transform that data into a concrete objective, translate it into an action plan to be gradually implemented between one session and another to achieve that change you have long awaited.
Take aways from the program:
Assessment of your current situation: opportunities and constraints, resources, risks, emotions and thoughts.
Clear out of the fog and find your inspired vision realizing your own personal Ikigai diagram.
Define the objectives you want to achieve, choosing when and how you want to make the change.
Make a plan for your future: analyze, monitor and manage the risks you are willing to take.

What does Ikigai mean?
The Ikigai we know today is very different from the original Japanese concept. Ikigai is a tool for thinking about the delicate point of balance between what can do well, what we like to do and what the world needs (and is therefore remunerated). Realizing our Ikigai allows us to rediscover our reason for getting up in the morning and doing our job, giving meaning to our professional choices or making new and different experiences. Ikigai is a manual and practical tool to construe an authentic career.
What is included in the program
Restless Souls has a duration of 10 weeks, starting from the first session, and consists of:
Coaching with Riccardo
6 individual career coaching and mentoring sessions with Riccardo Maistrello, Associate Certified Coach ICF, to be carried out online, lasting 90 minutes each and spaced approximately two weeks apart.
Self-discovery book
Over 70 pages of exercises selected by Riccardo for cultivating self-awareness and problem solving, activating a mindset oriented towards action and change, developing creative and alternative thinking. It includes, of course, your ikigai.
Private area and direct chat
Private web area with your documents, your Ikigai and a private chat channel with Riccardo for Q&A, reflections, sharing and also for requests for immediate support when you are putting into practice the session actions and encountering obstacles.
Riccardo, ICF coach
With a degree in engineering and over 10 years of work experience in Italy, England and the Netherlands, Riccardo Maistrello is a Business & Career Coach accredited with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), specialized in entrepreneurship, innovation and startups. He is an adjunct professor of "Innovation and Entrepreneurship" at the University of Padua and since 2017 he has supported over 100 corporations, SMEs and startups in innovating their products, services and business models. Since 2019, he has turned those same innovation and strategy skills into helping people, supporting them in their career transitions.
Restless soul par excellence, he held different roles in companies in various industrial sectors, changed country three times, until he opened his own company in 2017 and works as a freelancer and coach. He holds an ACTP diploma issued by the Bologna Business School (BBS) and is studying a two-year degree in Psychology and Counseling of Personal Constructs at the University of Padua.

Try out the first session, then decide to continue
The first session of the six that make up the program is dedicated to analyzing the current situation, the constraints and opportunities present in your life, the allies and detractors you can rely on, your expectations and your goals. This is a useful session to become familiar with Riccardo, with the coaching methodology and with the structure of a session.
If your first session is different from what you expected, you can cancel the contract at no cost. Payment for the program are therefore processed only after the first session of "Restless Souls": if you have changed your mind in the meantime you can withdraw from the contract without any cost or obligation.
